No one can return from the Serengeti unchanged, for tawny lions will forever prowl our memory and great herds throng our imagination”

OvervieW.

Situated on the East African Coast just south of the Equator, Tanzania is one of the prime Safari destinations on the continent. Much larger than the other East African countries, the landscape is extremely varied. From forested mountain shores of Lake Tanganyika in the west, to arid dry Sand Rivers of Southern Tanzania’s Ruaha and Nyerere, to great savannah plains of the world-famous Serengeti, Tanzania makes for an unforgettable Safari experience.

WILDLIFE In Tanzania.

Tanzania is densely populated with large mammals and migratory herds. Wherever your safari takes you, you are likely to see most, if not all of the big 5 [Rhino, Buffalo, Giraffe, Lion, Leopard]. The Serengeti boasts the best game viewing with the Great migration as the biggest attraction, but other regions of Tanzania offer unparalleled and unique safaris. Without a doubt, on your Tanzanian safari, the wildlife game viewing will be a highlight!

CAMPS AND LODGES.

Having been lucky enough to grown up in Tanzania, I have explored the many corners of the diverse country. The camps and lodges I will send you to are ones that I myself have been to with my own family and have experienced first hand! I want to send you to the places that I know you will love and that have sentimental value to me. The camps and lodges I use are renowned for their excellent safari guides, sustainable ethical tourism, and beautiful off-the-beaten-track “barefoot luxury’” feel. I might be a little biased to my home country, but Tanzania is truly a must for a well-rounded, unique safari experience.
